Cookie doesn't specify the individual. However, we take care of carefully.
We use Session and Usage data to improve the functionality and features of the Application.
We also may aggregate Session and Usage data for Statistics. However Statistics is done by anonymous information.

We maintain as highest a security standard as possible by using SSL and the firewall, etc.
However, it doesn't mean this is perfect compared with all the attacks.

If the user doesn't agree, we do not disclose privacy information. However, the following cases are excluded.
(a) Based on the law.
(b) For person's life, the body or the protection of the property when it is time when it in there is a necessity, and it is difficult to obtain the person in question's agreement.
(c) For the improvement of public health or promotion of child's healthy development when it is time when it in there is especially a necessity, and it is difficult to obtain the person in question's agreement.
